In this theme grade 3 students learned about the unique physical characteristics of places around the world. The students used research and communication skills to present their holiday destinations and the natural physical characteristic that can be found in the country they visited. The students also did a puzzle activity whereby they are required to fix up the puzzle based on the physical features. Through this challenge the students demonstrated their ability to apply their thinking and communication skills. The students were very engaged and produced very encouraging results.
