The second unit was about “Where we are in place and time.” It was based on the central ides that the Earth’s physical geography has an impact on human interactions and settlements. Students of Grade 3 brought photos of places that they have visited and presented the special features found there to the whole class. They also learnt to identify the continents and the countries found in each of them by familiarizing themselves with the world map.
