A tour of Kuala Lumpur was on the itinerary of the Primary Years Programme (PYP) Grade 2 students’ latest excursion, as part of the curriculum’s Central Idea – public areas strengthen communities and provide people with opportunities to connect. Aimed at introducing our Fairview International School students to different public areas, along the way, students had the chance to see and learn more about banks, hotels, hospitals and more. Later at the Kuala Lumpur City Gallery, students were treated to a history lesson on the city through the museum’s ‘past, present and future’ showcase.
